About Rachel

Grounded circularity, built from real fashion industry experience.

Rachel Sheila Kan is a changemaker, speaker, author, educator and business developer in the circular and regenerative domain of fashion.

Her work is focused on defining the future of circularity in fashion and beyond, with an inter-industry approach that connects design, business, education, innovation and collaboration.

Rachel comes from two decades of design, product development, project management and design management practice, alongside lecturing in sustainability, ethics and business development.

Across her work she puts realism and actualisation at the centre: not just theory, but reality. That is exactly why she belongs in the Real Circularity Summit room.
